PRODUCT
- Do note that all products are made in effort to display at its most accurate colors and designs on the website. However, actual colors and feel of product is dependent on the computer monitor of user’s usage.
- Please understand that there might be 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches and ways of measurement.
- Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable.

- Prices stated are exclusive of postage.

PAYMENT
- We accept POSB/DBS/OCBC bank transfers.
- Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you’ve made an ATM transfers, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be treated as no order.
- Payments will be verified within 24 hours.
- Enquiries and clarification of doubts will not be taken as a confirmation of order for an item.
- Dead buyers will be blacklisted.
DELIVERY
- Estimated waiting time for pre-order item is approximately 2 weeks from the day payment is received.
- Normal Postage varies between $1.00 – $3.50 depending on the weight of each individual parcel.
- Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage
- Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request.
- Her Little Wardrobe will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail. If you have opted for registered mail, we will do our best to check with the SingPost to track the lost parcel.
